While returning home we hit a large piece of cement on I-95, the drive shaft of the car was pulled out of the transmission. The guys at Bronx Auto were amazing. Not only did they repair the car but also brought me to a rent a car and waited so I could return to the shop. We live 4 hours away from them and would recommend them to everyone. Great service and even better people!!

I called and Richard picked up the phone and i asked him how much would he charge to install my newly purchased alternator. The price was fair and especially since i was stranded like 800ft away so i went for it. He got Orlando the mechanic to walk over to my van with a Jnc 770 jump starter, and we drove back and Orlando installed the new alternator in about an hr and I'm back on the road. No engine light and its recharging like new. Thanks Orlando and RICHARD!!!!

Above and beyond service from start to finish. Automotive terminology -I don’t know as much, but as a Nurse, compassion and respect I do understand. Late Sunday afternoon when mechanics are usually closed and not long before their own closing , I’d called Nate’s and Rudy excepted my car hauled by a tow truck. While on the lifter he showed me the issue. I left the car for repair. The next day both Nate and Richard contacted me with the description of the problem in detail and quoted a price. Finally due to my work schedule I was unable to pick up my vehicle when the job was done, but Nate put me at ease and didn’t charge me the extra storage fee. Amazing ! When I finally picked up my vehicle no noise , problem fixed. As a female, I’m always concerned of being taken advantage of while going to a mechanic, but with Nate and his crew that fear was nonexistent. Professional, respectful, and courteous. Thank you so much. Highly recommended

My 3 teenaged kids and 2 dogs were on their way from Towson, MD to grandma's house on Cape Cod when the 2009 F150 broke down on 95. They were towed to BAS/Nates Auto. They took great care of my family, diagnostic test, 2 repairs, and they were on their way in less than 4 hours. Truck ran great for the entire 3.5 hours. Prices fair and work well done. Very grateful parents!

This repair shop warrants the respect and recognition it deserves. I have frequented many repair shops all over the NY areas, some good and some just very bad. This repair shop not only is really good but Nate really takes care of his customers. I travel 35 minutes and pass many repair shops and still till today am very satisfied. For me, it's not about being cheap or getting the best price, I look for getting my car fixed the first time and not having to go back for the same repair. If your looking for a repair shop that will fix your car and treat you with the utmost respect then Nate is your guy. 10 years strong dealing with Nate!

I’ve used this shop for 5 years or more! The guys are personable and explain everything. Usually able to accommodate you for an oil change or inspection without a prolonged wait. The hours are good and they open on Sunday!! l’ve had mechanical and body work on my cars performed here. Try them out, you will not be disappointed.
